In just 30 seconds you can register online and start learning your theory over about 45-60mins. This can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It doesn’t matter where you are in the country and you can do it from your kitchen table!
Once you have completed all sections, you will be sent a confirmation to then book a short practical assessment in our Ashbourne, Co. Meath training facility at a time that suits you. Your practical assessment will only take 30mins - it couldn't be any easier!
This course is designed for the operators of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) and those also looking to renew their operator licences for the respective categories (scissors lift, telescopic and articulated booms, etc)
The aim of the course is to instruct the operator to prepare and safely operate these types of MEWPs.

This course Covers:
- Legislation and the types and the use of MEWPs
- Hazards accidents associated with using MEWPs
- Daily pre-use checks, safety precautions and maintenance requirements
- Harness in MEWP
- Positioning, raising and lowering the MEWP safely
- Covers self propelled booms (3B), Mobile Vertical (3A), Static Boom (1B) and Safety Harness Training

As well as the above our online portal is designed to allow a lead booker or 'Organisational Rep' to book and monitor progress on behalf of their organisation. This means you can book simply for yourself or for a group of 20!
